Brand Strategy Academy Refund Policy

Brand Strategy Academy is a digital, self-paced online course provided by Brand Lateral Ltd.

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you decide Brand Strategy Academy is not right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please email sarah@brandstrategysarah.com within 30 days of your purchase and include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used to purchase the course

  • Your purchase date

  • A brief reason for your refund request

Refund requests must be submitted by email so we have a clear written record of the request.

Refund window

Refund requests must be received within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Requests received after the 30-day refund period will not be eligible for a refund.

Access after a refund

If a refund is approved, your access to Brand Strategy Academy and any related course materials, bonuses, templates, resources, community access and live Q&A sessions will be revoked.

You may not continue to use, copy, share, distribute or rely on the course materials after receiving a refund.

Digital course usage

Brand Strategy Academy is a digital product that gives immediate access to course content and downloadable resources.

If a customer has accessed, downloaded or completed a substantial proportion of the course before requesting a refund, Brand Lateral Ltd reserves the right to review the request and may ask for further information before approving the refund.

This policy is designed to be fair to genuine customers while protecting the course from misuse.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at sarah@brandstrategysarah.com so we can try to resolve it.

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution. If a dispute is opened after course access has been provided, we may submit evidence to the payment provider, including transaction details, access records, course progress, download records, email records and this refund policy.

Payment plans

If you purchased Brand Strategy Academy using a payment plan, the 30-day refund period begins on the date of your first payment.

If a refund is approved within the 30-day refund period, future scheduled payments will be cancelled and any eligible payments already made will be refunded.

Refund requests made after 30 days are not eligible for cancellation of remaining payment plan instalments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Processing time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, card provider or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
